Your dispatch confirmation includes your Order ID and tracking details. If you have not received it, message us on WhatsApp with your name and delivery address and we will locate the order for you.

Yes, as long as it has not been dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible with your Order ID and we will amend or cancel it. Once a parcel is with the courier it has to be handled as a return.

Start with the two steps that matter most: a proper cleanser and daily sun protection. The Acne Control Duo covers exactly that. Once your skin is settled, add a treatment serum — Niacinamide for oil and pores, Vitamin C for marks, Retinol for fine lines.

The 10% Niacinamide Serum is the best-tolerated active in the range and actively supports the skin barrier. Always patch test first. With Vitamin C, start every other day; with Retinol, start at 2–3 nights per week.

Choose the Bright and Protect Bundle if your concern is dullness, dark spots and oily or acne-prone skin — it covers cleanse, brighten and protect. Choose the Acne Control Duo if you want the two essential steps at a lower entry price.

Vitamin C is for tone: dark spots, post-acne marks and dullness. Niacinamide is for texture and oil: enlarged pores, shine and barrier support. If your main complaint is discolouration, choose Vitamin C. If it is congestion and shine, choose Niacinamide. They can also be used together.

Yes. Nothing in a bundle is miniaturised — they are the same full-size products sold individually, priced lower as a set. The Bright and Protect Bundle saves PKR 1,000 and the Acne Control Duo saves PKR 560.

Cleanse, treat, moisturise, protect. Morning: face wash → Vitamin C or Niacinamide serum → moisturiser → SPF 60. Evening: face wash → Retinol serum (if using) → moisturiser. Thinnest textures first, sunscreen always last.

Yes, but at opposite ends of the day rather than layered. Vitamin C in the morning under SPF, Retinol at night. Applying them together increases irritation without improving results.

Most customers notice brighter, calmer skin within 2–4 weeks of consistent daily use. Skin renews on roughly a 28-day cycle, so give any active a full cycle before judging it. Retinol takes longest — texture improves in 2–4 weeks, fine lines take around 8.

Mild dryness or light flaking in the first two weeks is a normal part of retinisation as cell turnover speeds up. Reduce to twice a week, keep moisturising, and it settles. Persistent burning or significant irritation is not normal — stop and let the barrier recover.

Apply a nickel-sized amount 15–20 minutes before sun exposure, then reapply every 2 hours outdoors and after swimming or sweating. Use it daily, including on cloudy days — UVA passes through cloud cover and window glass.

Keep bottles closed, out of direct sunlight and away from heat. This matters most for Vitamin C, which is light-sensitive — the Ferulic Acid in the formula stabilises it, but correct storage protects potency across the life of the bottle.

Retinoids are generally not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, so please avoid the 1% Retinol Serum and speak to your doctor. The Niacinamide Serum, Anti Acne Facewash and SPF 60 are widely used alternatives — but always confirm with your own doctor first.

Yes, particularly if your skin is reactive or you are new to actives. Apply a small amount to the inner forearm or behind the ear and wait 24 hours before using it on your face.

No. It is non-comedogenic and fragrance-free, using mineral filters alongside Niacinamide and Zinc — the same barrier-supporting actives found in our acne range. It is one of the few sunscreens acne-prone customers tell us they can wear daily.

Returns are free. If a product is not right for your skin, contact us with your Order ID and we will arrange the return at no cost to you.
